2009 SHO TIME Parent Information

Saturday,
August 1
"What's Cookin' on Campus?"
Parents are invited to submit their student's favorite healthy entrée by e-mailing Scholar Paul Kasal at ptk112@psu.edu.

Recipes will be shared with Food Services staff and your student's recipe could possibly be a feature entrée in the Dining Hall during Orientation and Welcome Week. If your recipe is selected, your son/daughter will be invited to join Dean Brady and friends for lunch on the day his/her recipe is featured.

Wednesday,
August 19
Parent Information Session
Heritage Hall, Hetzel Union Building, 4:00 p.m.

Before parents leave campus, the Schreyer Honors College is sponsoring an information session moderated by Anne Ard, the parent of a returning Schreyer Scholar. Questions about campus life and the transition to living away from home will be answered by representatives from Housing Food Services, Campus Police, Residence Life, and Penn State’s Counseling and Advising Program (CAPS).
