The Schreyer Honors College offers a variety of ways to support our Scholars, including:

Dr. Michele "Mitch" Kirsch Fund in Support of Health & Wellness Initiatives
Established by parents of Schreyer Scholars in honor of former associate dean Michele “Mitch” Kirsch, this endowed fund provides support for wellness programs in the College.

Research Stipends & Grants for the Schreyer Honors College
Helps Scholars to complete academic research by covering the costs of publication access, lab fees, equipment, travel expenses, and other expenses typically associated with research.

Schreyer Family Honors Scholarship
Provides scholarship support for Scholars who enter the College in their second or third year at Penn State and helps ensure they can focus on class, research, and extracurricular activities rather than on financial concerns.

Dean Peggy A. Johnson Educational Equity Honors Scholarship
Helps to ensure that Scholars will benefit from a student body rich with multiple perspectives and backgrounds and will have sufficient financial support as they fulfill the Schreyer Honors College mission and prepare to become leaders in society.

Emergency Scholarship Fund
A resource for the College to provide emergency financial support for Schreyer Scholars experiencing a crisis that impacts their financial ability to remain at Penn State.

Future Fund
Provides flexible funding required to meet the current and future needs of the College as a leading force in honors education.

Schreyer Honors College Internship Grants
Empowers Scholars to participate in domestic or international internships or practical experiences without letting finances inhibit their goals as they conduct critical pre-professional experiences during their time as a Scholar.

Parents & Family Fund
A resource for the College to provide critical financial support for Schreyer Scholars experiencing a crisis that impacts their financial ability to remain at Penn State.

William A. Schreyer International Study Memorial Scholarship
Supports Scholars seeking to study, intern, serve, or conduct and present research abroad as they build their global perspective — a core tenet of the College's mission.
