Spain Study Abroad Program Information Session

  • 7:00 PM- 8:00 PM
  • Zoom

Join Program Leader Matt Kaplan to learn more about our signature international program in Spain. The Spain program introduces students to how people across the globe live, learn, value, and care for one another while embracing treasured cultural traditions. Students will also learn about culturally significant places, foods, values, and arts in the country.

The three-credit residential course will be offered as AEE499 in Spring 2022 with the travel course, AEE499 (0.25 credit) in Maymester 2022. Through this 2-course sequence, students will be introduced to the intergenerational studies field, explore applications in their field(s) of interest, and meet intergenerational specialists who are doing innovative, evidence-based work in Spain.

Schreyer Scholar Hannah Lombardo

With their small size and engaging professors, the hallmark feature of honors classes is being able to facilitate the deeper and more meaningful learning of course material in an intimate setting. Having that personal feedback in an environment that promotes asking questions has been very formative in my education.
