L.E.A.D. Wellness Workshop - "Burnout, Balance and Belonging II"

  • Monday, March 20, 2023
  • 5:00 PM- 6:00 PM
  • Zoom

Scholars are invited to participate in the Schreyer Honors College Learning to L.E.A.D. series designed and led by CAPS. Learning to L.E.A.D. is a series of interactive, web-based workshops focused on the health and wellness of all Schreyer Scholars. These workshops, designed and facilitated by CAPS with input from Honors College staff, will provide tools to help you thrive as a Scholar, an ally, and a friend. You will learn coping strategies to manage the stressors facing college students today.

In this third session of the spring 2023 semester, we will discuss what we do when we reach Burnout and our Balance is all over the place. Part two will focus on Burnout, the signs of Burnout, and how to assess Burnout by regulating what is going on and managing Balance so that there is still capacity to seek and engage in Belonging.

These conversations will not be recorded, so you will want to RSVP today and all who RSVP will receive the ZOOM link via email. Feel free to share this with your friends in Schreyer and remind them they must RSVP at this link. All participants will receive an e-gift card a week following each workshop.

Please mark your calendars for the last workshop of the year and be sure to RSVP at the web events:

My family has always loved Penn State and to be able to take this love along with the fact that Penn State is a top research university is amazing. This combined with fact that Schreyer has a culture of independent thinking and an emphasis on a global perspective allows me to see my education as being much bigger than me.
