On behalf of the Schreyer Honors College Office of Development & Alumni Relations and Office of Career Development we are delighted to invite you, to join us for a breakfast with Scholar Alumni Award winner Ryan Rzepecki ’01 Bus.

Ryan founded JUMP Bikes and now works at solving urban transportation problems. (Please see detailed biography below!)

Ryan is highly successful in his field – and he wants to be a resource for Scholars like you. This is a unique opportunity and I hope you take advantage of it.

Ryan Rzepecki graduated from Penn State’s Smeal College of Business in 2001, earning Bachelor of Science with Honors in Marketing. He is the founder and CEO of JUMP Bikes, which was acquired by Uber in May 2018 He previously worked for the NYC Department of Transportation as a bike planner before founding JUMP in 2010. JUMP operates fleets of shared electric bikes for short trips within cities. The company has deployed more than 15,000 bikes in 6 countries and logged 5M trips globally. Ryan’s passion is to apply technology to make urban transportation faster, more affordable, and convenient. He also earned a Master of Urban Planning from Hunter College.
