You will learn coping strategies to manage the stressors facing college students today from the impact of COVID-19 to final exams.

At this last workshop, you will relax and recharge before finals with mindfulness and self-acceptance exercises.

This conversation will not be recorded, so you will want to RSVP today. PLEASE NOTE: You must register by 4:30 p.m. in order to receive the link to the workshop. After hearing about Schreyer from a friend, I was motivated to achieve the GPA to be accepted into the Honors College as a current Penn State student. Schreyer has provided me with leadership opportunities through the Schreyer Honors College Student Council, given me the ability to work closely with faculty, and held me accountable for my education.
