L.E.A.D. Wellness Workshop - "Failing Forward"

Scholars are invited to participate in the Schreyer Honors College Learning to L.E.A.D. series designed and led by CAPS. Learning to L.E.A.D. is a series of interactive, web-based workshops focused on the health and wellness of all Schreyer Scholars. These workshops, designed and facilitated by CAPS with input from current Schreyer Scholars, will provide tools to help you thrive as a Scholar, an ally, and a friend. You will learn coping strategies to manage the stressors facing college students today.
In this second session of the spring 2022 semester, you can expect to discuss common reactions to feelings of confusion, disappointment, and failure in college. We will also practice skills you can use to help navigate these difficult moments.
These conversations will not be recorded, so be sure to RSVP by 11:59 p.m. March 20, to receive the ZOOM link. Feel free to share this with your friends in Schreyer and remind them they must RSVP at this link by the deadline. All participants will receive an e-gift card a week following each session.
Be sure to mark your calendar for the last workshop of the spring 2022 semester scheduled from 5-6 p.m. You must RSVP at the individual workshop in order to receive the ZOOM link to the workshop:
Monday, April 14, 2022 - Cultivating Confidence
In this final session of the spring 2022 semester, you can expect to learn about imposter phenomenon and consider what role they play in your life. We will also review tools that can help you develop a strong self of self-efficacy.
