Learning to L.E.A.D. is a series of interactive, web-based workshops focused on the health and wellness of all Schreyer Scholars. These workshops, designed and facilitated by CAPS with input from current Schreyer Scholars, will provide tools to help you thrive as a Scholar, an ally, and a friend. You will learn coping strategies to manage the stressors facing college students today.

In this final session of the spring 2022 semester, you can expect to learn about imposter phenomenon and consider what role they play in your life. We will also review tools that can help you develop a strong self of self-efficacy.

These conversations will not be recorded, so you will want to RSVP today and all who RSVP will receive the ZOOM link via email. Feel free to share this with your friends in Schreyer and remind them they must RSVP at this link. All participants will receive an e-gift card a week following each session.
