Facts & Figures

Selective Admission

Admission is limited to a 300-member incoming freshman class each fall.

Five Percent

The SHC's overall enrollment of 1,800 Scholars represents just five percent of Penn State's undergraduate student population.

Financial Support

Incoming freshman Scholars receive a $4,000 Academic Excellence Scholarship. Additional financial support includes grants for travel, research and internships.
