Biography
Natalie is a proud Penn State Alum who joined Schreyer Honors College in 2019 as the college’s Human Resources Consultant. Before joining Schreyer, she worked in the University's central HR department, supporting Data & Onboarding initiatives. With more than 15 years of experience in human resources, Natalie brings extensive expertise in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and HR operations.
