Biography
Tom is the IT Director and IT Strategic Partner (ITSP) for the Schreyer Honors College, where he leads technology strategy and daily IT operations in support of the College’s mission. Tom began working at Penn State in 2008 and has been part of Schreyer since 2013. Before moving into his current leadership role in 2025, Tom served as an Applications Developer, creating many of the tools that continue to support Schreyer students, faculty, and staff. Today, he partners with Schreyer leadership and Penn State IT to ensure systems are reliable, aligned with institutional goals, and positioned for the future.
