Join Dr. Sven Bilen at his research lab at 113 Research West Building. The session will feature hands-on exploration of research at disciplinary frontiers, including lunar regolith-based concrete, microwave-based propulsion, and plasma medicine. Then at 5:30 p.m., we will have a discussion over dinner at the Federal Tap House that will focus on how pulling together different disciplines leads to innovations that are not always possible otherwise.

Person with disabilities who anticipate needing accommodations or who have questions about physical access may contact Rhonda R. Demchak at rrr11@psu.edu in advance of the program.
